When you register for our Corporate Fitness offers or sign up for a subscription, we collect the data you enter (such as your name, email address, and, if applicable, your employee ID to verify your employee status).
3. Data Transfer to Partner Company (Corporate Fitness)
Our offer is exclusively available to employees of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG and people having access to the site. At the start of the contract, we verify your employment status to confirm your eligibility for the corporate fitness rate. The contract is concluded directly and solely between you (client) and inicio fitness gmbh (service provider). No personal data is transferred or disclosed to your employer. Your data will also not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
4. Hosting and Infrastructure (Wix)
Our website is hosted on the Wix platform (Wix.com Inc.). Data collected during your website visit is stored on Wix servers. As Wix is a global provider, data may also be processed in data centers outside Switzerland and the European Union (e.g., in the US or Israel). Wix guarantees an adequate level of data protection through appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you regular updates about our courses and studio. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the newsletter. We use Roche Email for dispatch.
